Fill out the inquiry form + schedule an optional 15-minute inquiry call with us.

Receive and review your quote.

You’ll receive your contract and an invoice to pay your 50% deposit. From there, you’ll schedule a 30-minute design kick-off call with me! Following the call, we’ll send you a verbiage intake form and an address sheet so you can share all the accurate event information needed for your stationery and envelope addressing.

The fun begins! I’ll begin brainstorming and sketching to present you with your first proof. You get up to three proofs to ensure your vision is met before the painting begins.

I’ll start painting your vision to life! As with the brainstorming portion of the project, you are allotted three proofs to ensure your full-picture vision is met and all verbiage is accurate. Any additional proof required after the third will incur a fee.

You sign off on your final proof and I’ll begin formatting all your stationery files to be sent to print.

We’ll receive all the final stationery and any agreed-upon embellishments for assembly in the studio before sending your wedding invitations out to be mailed!

Timeline: 8–12 Weeks From First Sketch to Mailing Day Design Direction | Brainstorming | Sketching: 1–2 weeks
Painting | Verbiage: 2–4 weeks
Proofing Timeline: We will send you your updated proofs within 3–5 days of each round of revisions.
Printing | Production | Assembly: 2–4 weeks (10–20 business days)
USPS mailing time with standard postage can take anywhere from 3 days up to 4 weeks to arrive to their destinations as of late (3–20 business days)
USPS mailing time with upgrades ground advantage labels + cardboard mailers will take 3–5 days to arrive.
