Hayley + Simon got married in Spring Lake, New Jersey along the Jersey Shore. The beach holds a special place in their hearts vacationing growing up and they were excited to share with their guests all the fun things they were about to enjoy for a weekend of wedding festivities. We curated an elevated, coastal stationery suite that captured all the things.
custom wax seal
Using the first initial of the newlyweds shared last name, we created a custom beach themed wax seal design. The seals were added to the envelope flap with a sea foam green wax. The Perfect final touch to personalize their stationery.

invitation suite
The primary goal of this stationery suite was to capture the beauty of Jamaica, so a full page map design of the entire island inside the gatefold was the obvious choice. On the cover Stephanie painted native motifs for a personalized pattern. We sealed the gatefold with the monogram wax steal stamp. The oval was chosen for both the invitation, details card and the wax seal to play with shapes and color in a way that felt fresh and exciting for this truly unique wedding.

When a couple expresses the desire to captivate their love of the Jersey Shore, I suggested doing a line drawing on the top of their invite the water leading up to the boardwalk with a starry night sky. This little detail personalized the invite and tied it with the watercolor beach vibes of the map perfectly.

step one
Fill out the inquiry form + schedule an optional 15-minute inquiry call with us.
step Two
Quote: Receive and review your quote.
Step Three
Move forward — You’ll receive your contract and an invoice to pay your 50% deposit. From there, you’ll schedule a 30-minute design kick-off call with me! Following the call, we’ll send you a verbiage intake form and an address sheet so you can share all the accurate event information needed for your stationery and envelope addressing.
Step four
Brainstorming & Sketching — The fun begins! I’ll begin brainstorming and sketching to present you with your first proof. You get up to three proofs to ensure your vision is met before the painting begins.
Step five
Painting — I’ll start painting your vision to life! As with the brainstorming portion of the project, you are allotted three proofs to ensure your full-picture vision is met and all verbiage is accurate. Any additional proof required after the third will incur a fee.
Step six
Printing & Production — You sign off on your final proof and I’ll begin formatting all your stationery files to be sent to print.
Step Seven
Assembly & Mailing — We’ll receive all the final stationery and any agreed-upon embellishments for assembly in the studio before sending your wedding invitations out to be mailed!
