Kelly + Jackson are so sweet and full of joy. They were immediately a ball of happiness when I met them over a zoom call and their excitement for the personal details and love of their venue was palpable. Bringing as many unique touches to their big day was the number one goal. We worked together to bring magic to their guests in each envelope and then carried that same aura over to the celebration.

Gatefolds are a brand favorite here. There’s so many different ways to bring these gatefolds to life with your own custom artwork. We can really captivate the vibe of your wedding day and share lots of details, too! There’s the cover art, which can be a scenery / venue painting or a pattern of some sort. And then there’s the inside where the whole story lives. It’s giving wedding fairytale.

die cuts
What is a ‘die cut’ ? Glad you asked. It’s a technical term that means a paper shape. For Kelly + Jackson, it was all about the butterflies! We used these one of a kind butterfly die cut cards to create a beautiful installation over the dance floor [ see photos below! ] and then carried them over to the dinner table as keepsake place cards with hand calligraphed names.

step one
Fill out the inquiry form + schedule an optional 15-minute inquiry call with us.
step Two
Quote: Receive and review your quote.
Step Three
Move forward — You’ll receive your contract and an invoice to pay your 50% deposit. From there, you’ll schedule a 30-minute design kick-off call with me! Following the call, we’ll send you a verbiage intake form and an address sheet so you can share all the accurate event information needed for your stationery and envelope addressing.
Step four
Brainstorming & Sketching — The fun begins! I’ll begin brainstorming and sketching to present you with your first proof. You get up to three proofs to ensure your vision is met before the painting begins.
Step five
Painting — I’ll start painting your vision to life! As with the brainstorming portion of the project, you are allotted three proofs to ensure your full-picture vision is met and all verbiage is accurate. Any additional proof required after the third will incur a fee.
Step six
Printing & Production — You sign off on your final proof and I’ll begin formatting all your stationery files to be sent to print.
Step Seven
Assembly & Mailing — We’ll receive all the final stationery and any agreed-upon embellishments for assembly in the studio before sending your wedding invitations out to be mailed!
