Alexa + Matthew were such a joy to work with. They both hold a special place in their hearts for Downtown Cleveland, Ohio and the wedding venue is not too far from there, located in Chagrin Falls. There were so many charming and scenery details to paint that really made this suite feel unique. The little wine bottles, grapes, twinkly lights and foliage brought all the whimsy and the colors are spot on for how their wedding vision came together. See more below!

A crowd go to for the envelope liner is a watercolor painting of their venue or a scenery painting! This beautiful woodsy outdoor wedding celebration was no different. This stunning view at the venue looking out into the woods with an Edison bulb installation was so magical.

invitation suite
The Garden Winery suite was curated around the couples love of Ohio, specifically Chagrin Falls where the venue is location and Downtown Cleveland where their guests would be staying. Stephanie created a watercolor map outlining all the couple charming recommendations to check out downtown while guests were in for the weekend. The florals were custom painted based on the flower deck along with all the other watercolor motifs seen throughout the whole suite.

For the wedding day stationery, Stephanie brought over the same artwork style but added a few more personal touches to each piece, like drink illustrations on the bar sign and food paintings on the menu cards. Connecting the invitation suite to the wedding day goods creates a full picture experience for all!

step one
Fill out the inquiry form + schedule an optional 15-minute inquiry call with us.
step Two
Quote: Receive and review your quote.
Step Three
Move forward — You’ll receive your contract and an invoice to pay your 50% deposit. From there, you’ll schedule a 30-minute design kick-off call with me! Following the call, we’ll send you a verbiage intake form and an address sheet so you can share all the accurate event information needed for your stationery and envelope addressing.
Step four
Brainstorming & Sketching — The fun begins! I’ll begin brainstorming and sketching to present you with your first proof. You get up to three proofs to ensure your vision is met before the painting begins.
Step five
Painting — I’ll start painting your vision to life! As with the brainstorming portion of the project, you are allotted three proofs to ensure your full-picture vision is met and all verbiage is accurate. Any additional proof required after the third will incur a fee.
Step six
Printing & Production — You sign off on your final proof and I’ll begin formatting all your stationery files to be sent to print.
Step Seven
Assembly & Mailing — We’ll receive all the final stationery and any agreed-upon embellishments for assembly in the studio before sending your wedding invitations out to be mailed!
